  • Pay-In-Full AmountsOnce The Project Is Initiated.
Once Your Project Begins, Parrhesia Immediately Incurs Editorial, Production, Administrative, And Scheduling Costs. These Expenses Cannot Be Reversed Or Undone, Even If You Decide To Pause Or Discontinue Participation.

Authors May Discontinue Participation At Any Time. However:

  • All Payments Made Remain Non-RefundableRegardless Of Work Stage Or Completion.
  • Any Outstanding Financed Balance Remains DueWork May Pause, But The Financial Obligation Continues.
  • Standard Industry PracticeBecause Production Begins Immediately And Uses Real Labor And Contracted Services.
If You Are On A Financing Plan, Missed Payments May Pause Production Milestones Or Suspend Distribution Until Your Account Is Current.
Early Termination

Early Termination Cost (Instead Of A “Buyout Clause”).

If An Author Chooses To Formally Exit The Publishing Agreement Early, They May Do So By Paying The Following One-Time Cost, Which Reflects Parrhesia’s Internal Production And Administrative Investment.

Important: If You Are On A Financing Plan, Early Termination Is Only Available After The Full Financed Balance Has Been Paid.

Pausing Production Does Not Pause Payments.

Authors May Request A Pause In Production At Any Time. However, Pauses Do Not Modify Financial Commitments.
